In the Gospel of John, when Jesus bends over, picks up dirt, spits on it and makes a paste for the blind man’s eyes, he is freely and lovingly blending his divinity with the human condition. He joins heaven and earth. There is a Carey Landry song with the lyrics,Great things happen when God mixes with us. How true! When God blends with us, things happen. Miracles can happen. Like the blind man, we are able to see more clearly. This blog intends to explore faith related issues and spiritual growth by looking at moments of blesséd blending around us.
